Downloading Helps
1. Complete your purchase.
2. Follow the "Click here" link to download your file in the pop-up window.
* If the "Click here" link does not appear, check your email and follow the download link.
3. If prompted, choose "Save" and save the file to a location on your computer (eg. "Desktop" ).
4. Wait until your file has finished downloading completely.
5. Locate your file (eg. "Desktop).
6. Open the file using the necesary media program (eg. Right Click on the file and choose "Open With" then select Quicktime or iTunes).

The Provision Story with Sam Caster - Download Helps
The Provision Story is a large file and therefore takes time to download. Depending on your modem's capacity, it could take 20 mins or more.
- It will help to have a very strong wireless internet connection or DSL/Cable internet connection.
- Minimize the number of programs open on your computer when you are downloading.
Sleep Settings
- For MAC: Before you download, go into your System Preferences and check to see when your Energy Saver is set to go to sleep. If your computer goes to sleep during the download, it can effect the file transfer.
- For PC: Before download, go into Control Panel and in your Display or Power Management options adjust the Sleep Settings so there are at least 30 minutes available for download.
